These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.

No-Show / Cancellation Policy: 
 

**2024 No-Show / Cancellation Policy**

 

At Ground Zero Tactical Laser Tag, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our appointments and respect for both our clients’ and our staff’s time, we have the following No-Show / Cancellation Policy:

 

1. **Appointment Confirmation**: Upon scheduling an appointment, clients will receive a confirmation via their preferred communication method (email, text, or phone call). It is the responsibility of the client to confirm their appointment and the location of our facility as well as things like travel time, traffic, and personal time constraints.

 

2. **Cancellation Notice**: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

 

3. **No-Show Policy**: A “No-Show” is defined as a client who misses their scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling in advance. In the event of a No-Show, the client will be marked as such in our system, and future appointments may require prepayment.

No-Shows will incur a penalty equivalent to the standard session rate and any applicable taxes per person. Additionally, for booked parties or private events, failure to show or cancel forfeits the refund of 100% of the security deposit, which is intended to reserve a specific time slot and may hinder alternative scheduling.

 

4. **Late Arrival**: Clients arriving late to their scheduled appointment may experience a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments. However, full service fees will still apply.

 

5. **Cancellation Fees**:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for sessions, parties, or private events will incur a cancellation/service fee equaling to the deposit amount and forfeits the refund of 100% of the security deposit.

Additionally, there is a $25 Cancellation fee for regular session bookings.

 

For cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, a cancellation/service fee equal to 100% of the deposit or 50% of the booking cost applies, and refunds will be issued solely as store credit, with no exceptions.

 

This fee is intended to compensate for the time allocated to the appointment and the inability to fill the slot with another client on short notice as well as staffing.

 

6. **Exceptions**: Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or sudden illness. Clients are encouraged to communicate any such circumstances with us as soon as possible.

In the event of inclement weather, we offer flexibility by either rescheduling or accommodating an indoor party if space permits; otherwise, rescheduling is necessary to avoid charges.

 

7. **Rescheduling**: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, subject to availability. However, repeated rescheduling may be subject to the same policies as cancellations, including fees or prepayment requirements. Additional service fees may appy.

 

8. **Policy Acknowledgment**: By scheduling an appointment with Ground Zero Tactical Laser Tag LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by this No-Show / Cancellation Policy.
