Walking into the rage room at Ground Zero, I was immediately struck by the setup. The room was filled with various items ready to be demolished: glass bottles, old printers, ceramic plates, and more. I was handed a baseball bat and a Helment. They also provided safety gear: gloves, a full face shield, and a full suit. The Ground Zero rage room is a type of facility where individuals can release their anger and frustration by smashing or breaking objects in a controlled environment. This facility typically offers customers a variety of objects to smash, such as plates, bottles, and provide them with protective gear like helmets and gloves. The idea behind the rage room is that it allows individuals to express their emotions in a safe and cathartic way, without causing harm to themselves or others.
At GROUND ZERO, you can work out all that pent-up frustration, power your way through your anger, and best of all– Once you’re done breaking stuff, we will take care of the clean-up!
The GROUND ZERO RAGE ROOM is a safe environment to come in and wreck our things (instead of yours). Bring your closed-toed shoes and all the stress of the last week, choose your package, and get to smashing!
You can even bring some of your own items to break like pics of ex's, that lamp you hate, or the company coffee mug you got instead of a Christmas bonus!
